Dimsums (dumplings)



Quantity For covering: Maida 200 g. Yeast 4g. Sugar pinch for filling: Minced meat 250 g. Onions 200 g. Ginger & Garlic10 g. Green chillies 5 g. Soya sauce 1tsp Salt 5 g. Oil 10ml Method of preparation: 1.For covering Make soft dough using lukewarm water mixed with sugar and yeast. 2. Set to rest for one hour. 3. For filling Chop onion, ginger & garlic and chillies finely Mix minced meat with the chopped ingredients. 4. Add soya sauce, oil and salt; mix well Shaping the momos Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. 5. Flatten the balls and put the filling mixture in the middle. 6. Seal the edges with pleats, by pressing them with thumb & forefinger, in a crescent shape. 7. Now pressure cook for 10 minutes and serve with a dip of your choice.
