Earnest & Julio Gallo Ranch Vineyard Chardonnay comes from one of the coolest wine growing regions in California. Grapes from this region have an intense peach, pear and apple flavour. These are then oak matured for about eleven months and the wine is an ideal accompaniment to Langoustine salad with avocado and lemon dressing. |
Earnest & Julio Gallo Ranch Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the northern region of the Sonama County. Situated in the climatic region II with a unique combination of soils, the region yields red wine grapes with firm tannins, dense colours which display sweet aromas, flavours of cherry, plum, berry and spice on the plate. The full-bodied wine goes well with meatloaf, T-bone steaks and roasted beef. |
